For Hotspot Operators

Add your hotspot locations and share them with customers.

A location tells customers where your WiFi works and lets them buy the right voucher. Once you've added one, you can share it with a link or a QR code that opens your page in the customer view.

Part 1 — Add a location
1

Open Manage Villages / Locations

Log in to your business account. Open the ☰ menu (top right) and choose 📍 Manage Villages / Locations. This is where you add, edit, delete, and share your hotspots.

2

Fill in the Basic Info

These three fields identify your hotspot:

  • Location Address Required — where the hotspot is, e.g. Malolo Nadi.
  • Village Name Required — the village or area, e.g. Namosi.
  • WiFi Name (SSID) Required — the exact network name customers connect to, e.g. BulaWiFi.
3

Drop a GPS pin Optional

Help customers find you on the map. Tap 📍 Use my current location to pin where you're standing, or click the map to drop the pin where the WiFi signal is broadcast from. Use Clear pin to remove it and try again.

4

Set the coverage area Optional

Show how far your signal reaches. Choose Circle (easy) and drag the edge of the circle to resize it, or Polygon (advanced) to draw a custom shape. Clear coverage removes it.

5

Add photos & a description Optional

Add up to 3 photos (JPEG / PNG / WebP, up to 5 MB each) — pictures of your shop, the area where the WiFi works, or a landmark customers should look for.

The Description (up to 300 characters) is a good place for notes like "WiFi reaches the front porch and across to the bus stop. Open every day except Sundays."

6

Save it

Tap + Add Location. Your new hotspot appears in the table below, showing its name, village, SSID, and the date created.

Part 2 — Share it with customers
7

Copy your share link

Each location gets its own link, like bulawifi.com/s/…. Find it in the Share column of the table, or tap the Share button on that row. Anyone who opens the link lands directly on your hotspot's page in the customer view, ready to buy a voucher.

8

Show the QR code

Tap QR on the location's row to get a scannable code. Customers point their phone camera at it and it opens the same page — no typing needed.

Print it and put it where customers can see it: your shop counter, the door, or a sign near the hotspot. It's the easiest way for walk-up customers to buy.

9

Edit or remove later

Use Edit on any row to update details, the pin, coverage, or photos. Delete removes the location. Your share link and QR keep working as long as the location exists.

💡
Tip: A clear photo and an accurate pin make a big difference for customers who don't know the area. If the WiFi only reaches part of your property, say so in the description — it saves confused customers and refund requests.
