Create your account and buy vouchers online.

Signing up as a customer lets you buy WiFi vouchers online and get your code instantly. Here's how to register — it only takes a couple of minutes.

What you'll need before you start

Your name, a working email address, and a phone number.
Your town/city, suburb, and region.
Access to your email inbox — you'll enter a code to verify it.

Open the registration page

From the home page, tap Register (top right) or Get Started. The form opens in Customer mode by default — you'll see Register as a Customer, so there's nothing to switch.

Fill in your details

Enter your first and last name, email, and phone number. Then select your town/city, suburb, and region. The suburb list loads once you pick a city.

Create a password — at least 8 characters with a letter, a number, and a special character — and confirm it. Tick the Terms & Conditions, then tap Create Customer Account →.

Verify your email

We'll send a 6-digit code to the email you entered. Open your inbox, copy the code, enter it on the Verification screen, and tap Verify Email →.

Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, or tap Resend code (available after a short wait). The code expires in 10 minutes.

Log in and start buying

Once your email is verified you'll see "Email verified successfully. Please login." — customers can log in straight away, no approval needed.

💡

Tip: Use an email you can open right away — you'll need to read the 6-digit code to finish signing up. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute or two.
