Buy a voucher and get connected.

Once you've got a Bula WiFi account, buying a voucher takes a couple of minutes: find your hotspot, pick a plan, pay, and your code appears straight away.

Vouchers are location-specific. A voucher only works at the hotspot you bought it for, so make sure you pick the right spot — the one whose WiFi you'll actually connect to.

Log in and find your spot

Log in to your account. On your dashboard you can find a hotspot three ways: tap 📍 Use my location to sort nearby spots by distance (closest first, with an "in range" badge if you're inside the coverage area), tap Or pick a village to choose from a list, or use the search box to type a village or WiFi name.

View the plans

On the spot you want, tap View Plans →. You'll see each available voucher plan with its duration, device limit, data, speeds, and price — for example a 2-hour plan for FJD 1.00.

You can also tap ⭐ Save on a spot to keep it in Your Favourites for quick access next time.

Add to cart

Pick the plan that suits you and tap 🛒 Add to Cart. Each item is reserved for 20 minutes — a countdown shows how long you have, so complete your purchase before it runs out.

In the cart you can change the quantity — if you do, tap Update before checkout so your total is correct.

Go to checkout

Tap Continue to Checkout →. Review your order in the Order Preview, then choose how to pay: M-PAiSA or Digicel MyCash.

Pay

M-PAiSA: tap the M-PAiSA button and complete payment. When you're done you'll be brought back and your voucher codes shown.

MyCash: confirm your mobile number, then enter the one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your phone. Once approved, your codes appear.

Get your code & connect

Your voucher code(s) appear on screen right after payment, and we also email them to you as a backup. Connect your device to the hotspot's WiFi network, enter the code, and you're online.

Paying by mobile money? M-PAiSA and MyCash both send a one-time PIN by SMS, so you'll need a working mobile signal on that network to receive it. If the code doesn't arrive, check your signal — and don't close the payment screen until you're done, so your order completes properly.
